ORBE — A platform for consistent operations

ORBE was built to replace a patchwork of paper forms, spreadsheets and local tools across 17 plants. The goal was simple: give teams a single place to issue credentials, manage incidents, and keep a reliable record of operations so managers can decide with confidence.

Challenge

Many important processes were manual and fragmented. Credentials were printed and handed out by hand, incident reports were filed on paper, and each plant had slightly different procedures. This caused delays, lost records, and slow decision-making.

We delivered a practical, modular platform focused on people and predictable operations. ORBE centralizes common processes so teams stop repeating the same manual steps. The platform is designed so new features can be added without disturbing daily work.
